When you want middle eastern food, this is the place to go.  Fresh salads, terrific lamb, and the best Kafta around.  For those people who have been around for a while, some of the dishes will remind you of Bishop's.  Not 5 star dining, but very good.

We found the portions to be very small. Two couples ordered the Arabic dinner for four with extra sides . Only enough for two people. The service was terrible.  Never again.

I've been to Shadi's on several occasions. Our first was at their former location in Methuen. The hubby and I both had their haddock at that time and didn't get what all the hype was about.  That was before I tried their Lebanese specialities.

On subsequent visits in their current location , I've been impressed. My "go to" is their Arabic platter (kibbee, stuffed grape and cabbage leaves) and two sides (at lunch) of salad, rice, veggies or hand cut fries. Their fries are fantastic. Hot, crispy and not salty.  Grape and cabbage leaves are very tender.  I've also had their kafta which was perfectly seasoned and tender.

The hubby had the shish kabobs (beef) and said they were good and only critique was the temperature of the kabobs...they were lukewarm and not hot.

Pricing is very fair and lunch specials are available daily 11-3p.

Flavor is great! But $13 for this lunch special is a rip off!! I would've been ok if it had more salad just to make it look more fuller for the price. I dont even think they paid 2 bucks to make this in total.

Craving Lebonese food I recently had lunch here with my daughter who was visiting.  After my last experience which wasn't good, I wanted to try this restaurant again.  We we're seated right away at a wobbly table. I then asked to move & evidently that was an issue. Ok, I thought.... Let it go.
We ordered hummus for a appetizer, served with fresh bread. The bread was absolutely delicious, but the hummus bland.  For our lunch we both decided on chicken kabob sandwiches with fries. We waited what felt like a VERY long time & then when our food finally surfaced, it was left on a tray while the waitress served people who had just sat down.... Oh my, I wasn't pleased at all!!  When we were finally served, the entire meal was cold! Have you ever eaten cold fries? Especially knowing they weren't fresh to begin with? Yuck : - (((
Our chicken kabob sandwiches were bland... They had absolutely no flavor.
Other than the wonderful company of my daughter, this was a complete bust.
When I have another craving, I'll go elsewhere, thank you
